Entry Permit Application

1. To enter Pengerang Integrated Complex's (PIC) Solid Product Terminal (SPT), it is mandatory to have PIC pass and SPTS pass.
2. Applicant(s) is required to attend Safety Induction prior to the PIC pass and SPTS pass issuance.
3. PIC Vehicle Pass is required to enter PIC and SPTS Vehicle Pass is required to enter SPT terminal area.
4. The Integrated HSSE Policy, Drug & Alcohol Policy and Stop Work Policy is observed at SPT.
5. The issuance of Entry Permit/Pass to SPT shall be made at Pass Issuance Counter during operating hours 8.30 am to 5.30 pm (Closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday)
6. Application of PTW is from 8.30am to 9.30am only (unless for any urgent works)

DOCUMENTS ADVISORY

1. Local Applicant(s) is required to bring along valid National Identity Card for verification.
2. Foreign Applicant(s) is required to bring along an original passport and work permit with a set of photocopies to the Pass Issuance Counter.
